AIVDMDA Objectives

To act as a catalyst to enable the dehydrated onion and garlic industry to play an increasingly significant role in the growth of the national economy.
To act as an interface between the industry, on the one hand, and Governments, Regulatory institutions and similar bodies, on the other, apart from interacting with other apex Chambers in the formulation of policies and rules that facilitate the dehydrated onion and garlic industry to play a useful and constructive role, keeping safety of consumers as a primary objective.

To facilitate the framing, development and dissemination of best practices related to environment, quality, manufacture, and other relevant areas, for continuing to make available to the consumers safe and healthy dehydrated onion and garlic.
Providing a common platform to share and exchange knowledge and information including with regard to Industry best practices connected with dehydrated onion and garlic Industry.

AIVDMDA Benefits

AIVDMDA aims to bring together all stakeholders to a common platform to promote growth of the dehydrated onion and garlic industry. It will help facilitate the framing, development and dissemination of best practices related to environment, quality, manufacturing, and other relevant areas, with the objective of continuing the manufacture and supply of safe, healthy and high quality dehydrated onion and garlic for the consumers. The Association also aims to pro-actively interact with the Central and State Governments and other apex Industry Chambers for the formulation of policies and rules that may help promote and protect the interests of the dehydrated onion and garlic Industry in its Endeavour to serve the consumers better.
